It?s called fast food for a reason!! Slow service and even slower staff.
Just been in again for breakfast at 8am. The four staff on duty had no sense of speed and appeared to have no interest in what they were doing. Come on, get a grip.

Been here a number of times manly used table service and ordered on the app but food is alway hot and fresh and staff are very friendly and helpful and really do keep restaurant clean

Online order turned up delivered by just eat, main meal burger missing.
Can not get in touch with anyone, so basically stole £7.50 from me. Do not order from here, it's a rip off

I tried the smokehouse mccrispy today,very nice and tasty and had six nuggets meal..I ordered table service and it was served fairly quickly by friendly lady who also cleans the tables.my only complaint was lot of school children in there when I eat so was noisy but otherwise great food and all very clean. Good job.

Normal MacDonald menue.
Order using standing display: advised to register on App which will give you a code every time you ask which you can then use to swiftly login on the display and therefore accumulate points. Useful as you can free dishes / menu items after a while.
You can still also order at the counter.
Did not wait long.
My order was as expected.
Quite a few delivery service / bikes at the front when I visited. Can be busy as just on the outside (on the left on coming outside) from Romford Train Station.
