The manager who is in her late 50's, the plump lady is rude.
I asked for the code for toilet and was told I need to order food first.
Now!!! You look like you're not stranger to a late night supper. ..you don't know me and how long do I need in a toilet. Let's say 10min, I do not wish to order food which will be cold when I come back.
Even when I said I need a loo first as I'm by myself and I don't want to go with food to toilet WHO IN THEIR OWN RIGHT MIND WOULD??
She was adamant I have to order first and that it's the rule.
Now imagine if it's someone with IBS and they don't have 5 min spare to order first.
You lady look like an illness will get you soon, since you're so bulbous, but that doesn't excuse your rudeness!!!
And reading the rest of the reviews you're not liked at all.

The quality of the Wraps is amazing the McChicken was really good, however the atmosphere isn't as pleasant, but I could move past it.

I give this Mac Donald's a 1 star, my reason for doing so is I was there with my 2 and 4 year old and just me as the only parent.
I accidentally left an order I was going to take home on the table. Once headed to the car park I realised I left my food to takeaway.
I went back which is only a short walk, the table was cleared and new people sitting.
I asked the lady whom was cleaning the tables she said she didn't see a bad. I speak to the staff member behind the counter who remembered the order and told the manager that I was genuine I also showed my bank app which shows proof of amount date and time.
The manager DAINEM them makes me wait while he goes to the office to check the cameras.
After 5 minutes comes back to tell me another customer cleared the table and binned my food. Now the table was wiped down and immaculate.
The fact that you see my order was genuine and your staff confirmed this, your are a disgusting human being to tell me that it's not your duty. You made me wait with 2 small kids who of course don't have the greatest or patience especially with all the traffic in the Resturant.
Who on earth would have you as a manger of a well established food chain!
You don't even present Youself well or your approach.
This has sincerely sickened me in the lack of human lack of care. I will never never give a penny to this Resturant again, I hope anyone will kids or s caring heart would feel the same!
Shame on you as a manager as a human!

Got my order wrong, no use of using customisation when ordering, they just blindly give you the original. Hot drinks are just luke warm, yuckk

A real dump. Everything is very dirty, tables, it's just disgusting to be under tables. I'm afraid to imagine how unsanitary the kitchen is!!!

Worst run McDonald?s restaurant ever!!!
Run by a so called manager named Jo that severely lacks experience in customer service and just brushed away my complaint
Once collected my order with 2 small children on tow went outside to find all the tables full and dirty and had to wait at least another 15 minutes before actually sitting down to eat!
When we eventually sat down ..the order was wrong not that once but 3 times
That so called manager Jo really needs training or some sort of help
Worst experience ever ..even the kids were upset

I been to Brewery Mall Shopping Center and I like going there and enjoying it and there re so many shopping Center and I love going to clothes shop and we eat food outside at the mall wow I love it
