What a beautiful family run business !Daniella who run the hotel is so great and helpful. The rooms are so clean and tidy.I asked for extra pillows and they brought them to me in less that 2 minutes.I definitely recommend this lovely clean hotel.

Danielle always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable.It was a very warm day when I arrived and she offered me one of the cabins outside at no extra charge as she was concerned I may be too warm in room she'd allocated me.There's a lovely atmosphere here and the place is always spotless and smart.I always try to get a room here when visiting family.Can't recommend too highly.

Daniela was warm and welcoming even when I arrived very early and immediately showed me to my room. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Daniela gave me her direct number should I need anything which I considered to be excellent service. A nice breakfast in the morning too and I also met her delightful children. Could not fault the hotel - thank you Daniela ?

Amazing experience. The owner Daniella is an amazing person. She puts her customers concerns as top priority. She is a great owner and we need more people like her. The breakfast was also superb. Coming from America we were craving pancakes. Daniella asked for a recipe and made them from scratch. I loved it here and i reccomend everyone to stay here.

The owner is SUPER kind and helped us with everything we need. The location is also optimal as it is 5 minutes away from Elizabeth Line and so it is very fast to reach the City center.Very good and very recommended!!

family run hotel and stayed in number 7 and number 3 room.. both rooms were really nice daniella the owner and her husband are very nice and even joined a few of us celebrating 2021 New year at a distance . due to covid pandemic facilities like alcohol gel are at the door and signs visibly saying to wear them on entry.lovely place lovely people. breakfast superb.

Can not fault this little hotel, which has a homely guest house feel.The room was spotless and modern, the bar area was well stocked, clean and again modern, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.But the stand out was the lovely lady who I think owns the hotel. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her! We have family in the area and will be using this hotel again.
