Although not the biggest store, there's good choice of clothes,for everyone and food in the food store. Very polite, multi skilled staff

Quality store in the Liberty Romford

The food store continues to close earlier than the stated hours. The store should close st 18.00 but they are closing at 17.54, 17.55, only allow customers out the entrance on the high street but not in.
This seems to occur frequently under the supervision of mainly a staff member named Ali in Romford.
Previously complained to customer services and to one of the managers (i think the name was Dawn) that I was arriving before the closing time and the staff was not letting me in the foodhall.
Despite the reassurance given by the manager, no improvement has been observed, the staff is still closing 5 or more minutes before the official closing time.
Some of the staff are even rude raising their voice or some saying ' you should ask nicely to enter the shop' even though at that time I arrived at 17.55 which was 5 minutes before closing time.
Today I arrived at 17.50 at the shop and it was still open, when I exited the shop I looked at the time and it was 17.54, the staff was unlocking the door to let customers out and was not letting customers in.
This ongoing issue causes inconvenience and reflects poorly on customer service standards.
I don't think most people go to the shop a few minutes early because they have nothing else to do, I normally finish work and arrive in that area at that time and I think most people have the same reason for doing last minute groceries. I love M&S food but the customer service is very poor and this damage its reputation.
I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

I bought a suit from from here 10 months ago, replaced it after 8 months
The new suit I bought was higher priced and different material same fit as before and ive been wearing the suit, im 2 months in and the suit is already wearing down so quick that the threads that would hold the belt are nearly fallen off, the quality change is absolutely ming boggling how worse it got, I'm definitely sticking to Primark suits now

This is a great size M&S with a good size foodhall. The staff are professional and helpful. They all look very smart in their uniform. The store offers a wide range of fashion for ladies, men and children which you will find reasonably priced.

We went to Romford branch yesterday and was looked after by Linda who worked in the bra fitting department. My daughter was very nervous as it was her first fitting . Linda was amazing , she was so kind , caring , patient and knowledgeable!! She ensured the bra fit properly and we even put the new dress on that she bought to show how it looked on with it . Thank you Linda , my daughter just kept saying ? Linda was so lovely , I was nervous for nothing ! ?
