Over the past few weeks, we've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment 4-5 times, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. I would like to specifically highlight the exceptional service provided by a young blonde lady named Charlet (I hope I'm spelling that correctly).
Charlet has been incredibly helpful throughout all of our visits. Her confidence and knowledge of her role are truly impressive. She has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that we have a great experience, advising us with a clear understanding of the products and services available.
We are extremely happy with the assistance we've received from Charlet. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and it has made each of our visits delightful. We look forward to returning, knowing we are in capable and caring hands.

Rude and racist blonde lady staff sitting at the lobby. Sat down after customers in front of us got up. She asked me and my child to give up the seats in a rude and disrespectful manner. Please and sorry are not that hard to say. Lloyds should do some about it. Barclays bank has lovely staff.

The blonde lady on the till showed a racist and discriminatory behaviour towards me for a withdrawal that I want to make.
She doesn?t only lacks training on Evisa but even on customer service.
The way how she was behaving looked like a future candidate for the Nigel Farage party.
Im not visiting this branch again.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes to exchange some money and there was only one poor at the desk all other walking around with no purpose!! We were more than 10 people waiting in line and I could see there was no acknowledgment that people are waiting whatsoever!!!

Amazing customer support from who I assume is the manager of the branch. Unbelievable patience despite the chaotic environment and the long queue. The whole time she had a smile on her face and cracked jokes to make us both laugh. Absolutely kind, caring and friendly person. Thank you for a positive experience

Omg... what can I say. Absolutely blown away by the staff in the Romford branch today.
Having a difficult time trying to put bereavement affairs in order and being very distraught the staff were completely amazing, supportive and sympathetic and took charge, did everything they could to help us and make things as easy as they could as myself and partner completely broke down under the pressure of it all. Thank you so much.

I?ve been with loyds bank for several year now and and my experience has been mostly positive.. but today my review will be directly to this amazing team of ladies that work at the romford branch they definitely are the highlight of the place .. the customers service it?s human and kind they truly take a time to help you out and in this busy and chaotic environment it?s truly amazing how much you can do to help others!
There?s no another banks around that do what you lady?s do .. thank you I really appreciate this branch

I visited the Lloyds Romford branch and encountered a lady named Bob who displayed racist behavior towards me. My account was closed without any explanation. When I joined the queue, Bob insisted that I needed to call Lloyds head office , despite my explanation that I had already spoken to Lloyds and they instructed me to visit the branch with my ID to access my funds.The customer service at BOB is terrible. I advise others to avoid this branch due to the unpleasant and discriminatory behavior that I experienced.

I had a really unpleasant experience at the LLOYDS Romford branch. There is a lady named BOB who was very rude to me. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable because of her behavior. I hope LLOYDS can ensure that their staff members treat all customers with kindness and respect.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to the branch as I was trying to open the new account but was unable to upload the documents I am sitting here for last 1 hour and nobody is even bothered to ask like there service is too slow. This is so annoying.
