It's a KFC drive through on a busy East London roundabout, so set your expectations accordingly.Recently KFC has been food of absolute last resort. It's generally too salty, oily and frankly overpriced for underwhelming food. We only stopped here because it was late, we hadn't had dinner and were still a fair way from home with a hungry 11 year old in the car.We received standard drive through service, staff were fine, the food was provided quickly and was as ordered. The food was surprisingly good. Far less salty than my local KFC so you could actually taste the chicken and other herbs and spices! KFC SWF please take note!Not something I'd normally say about a drive through or a KFC, but there's a good chance I'll stop here again if I'm passing.

This particular KFC, from my experience, gets an unwarranted negative review. Every time I have been, the place has been clean, tidy, and welcoming. The staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming. Treat others as you wish to be treated and I assure you they will provide exceptional service. The food has always been cooked to order with no gripes as to temperature or portion size. The drive-thru is busy but there is a positive focus on the dine in customer aswell. With the choice to order on the app aswell as at the pod or with a server, it makes for a welcoming visit for all.

Worst outlet? never ever I?ve got normal size wings. Don?t know how they manage to give us all tiny chunks of wings.. every single time. And their app never works to claim offers ? here is my order of 4 wings..

My family made order this morning, big family order for£60. Al ccicken gone to bin because was salted maybe 10 times more than normally. Burgers was fine. We wil never back to this KFC.

Sometime the drive thru staff are rude and abrupt.Always a wait even if it's quiet.
