I took food take away and they always give us food like we asking for charity she put on one burger a lot of sauce like she throw all the bottle inside other burger she put the bread of the burger 2 slices the same the top like the bottom one and Chicken very hard over cocked we pay our money to give us this quality the chips is cold it?s not cause we coming in closing time you give us this quality I prefer to not give us than do this you guys think that we are animals or what we eat anything you throw to us

I wanted to share a positive experience I had at KFC on Wednesday night. The Team Leader on duty was exceptional. They handled a busy rush with impressive efficiency and maintained a calm, friendly demeanor. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and when there was a slight delay, they were proactive in communicating and offering a solution. Great job ??

Pleased my order had to wait for 30 min. My tower burger was old it looked like it?s been sitting somewhere for at least an hour the buns were even hard it was horrible. My daughters order was missing I specifically told the woman are you sure everything is in the bag she said yes when she didn?t even know her self what a service never again.
