Staff ignored us when asking for shoes and we were told to wait him a bit until his colleague ask him on behalf of us although he saw us waiting and he had nothing to do. We end up going to Sports Direct and get our badminton shoes.

I clicked on the order and collect next day option for it to not be available the next day, which I can get behind since it could be a delivery problem and not the actual Romford branch behind the delay.
I was on holiday for a week and then came back to collect the shoes but the customer service was not the best - no smiles or anything. After one of the workers asked for the name of the order to confirm it was mine, he thrust/dropped the box into my arms without a second glance - he was so rude.
The shoes were in good condition (hence the 2 stars) but the box, that the shoes came in, was damaged, which is very disappointing.
I don?t think I will be buying from here anytime soon.

Poor customer experience today didn?t catch the managers name but a completely different experience to the store we visited the day before in Chelmsford. Romford store don?t seem to worry about customer service ??

Went to go buy shoes on a busy Saturday with a small curly haired boy he said that that they didn?t have our size so he ordered it online and offered us free next day delivery for our inconvenience which was really nice 10/10 customer service

Couple of days ago went in to the store with my wife liked a tracksuit wanted to try it on as I was trying it on at the changing room realised members of staff waiting at the door as if I'm a thief. The staff there are all immature and look like they left college and started working at JD. I was a regular customer but won't be coming again as the staff are constantly making people feel uncomfortable.

Had a lovely shopping experience at this store today. Farhan was a great sales assistant. Despite it being a really busy Saturday afternoon, he was helpful and attentive. Didn't have the size of trainers that we wanted in stock but he was able to order them for us and get them sent to us free of charge. So refreshing to receive customer service like this. Makes all the difference.

Purchased 550 pound worth of clothing.had to take 2 pairs of track suit bottoms back as they were on tge wrong hangers saying lrg.but was medium. To be accused of one pair being worn.manager cone over to rude cashier he said looks like they have been worn.i felt very sad about that just shows you can but second hand goods from romford store.staff are extremely rude.romford store never again

The girl that has a wig of curly hair today at the till was not nice,she looked like she wanted to sleep not to work.
After choosing two pairs of sneakers another girl helped us and she brought them at the till but the sleepy one couldn?t find anything when the whole time the sneakers were behind her.
After waiting for 30 minutes we asked another member of the staff and in 5 minutes he was able to take the sneakers behind him and we finally paid.
The girls that are working there look like they are on a runway not working at Jd Sports

Went in to buy a pair of old school reebok classics with a mate to be met with staff who seem to not give a damn, asked one member of staff if they had any reeboks in a size 8 only to be told no but when she asked the young staff member then told her yes taking the display shoe and saying he would be back shortly, at least 20 minutes later I?m standing there still waiting with my friend to see the same member of staff who was attending to us walking across the shop floor and out of the door so I say to another member of the team on the floor about this and I?m told by him his colleagues going on his break. The cheek of the team member on the floor to also stand there and say to be fair you?ve only been here for about five minutes, disgusting way to treat customers if I could give this a rating of zero I honestly would. I?ve lost count how much I?ve spent in jd over the years all I know is I won?t be bothering with this branch anymore
