Very happy I've came across INOA as my regular. I always leave satisfied with my haircut, colouring and highlights. I've moved away now but keep coming back here as I honestly cannot find anywhere better. My hair always feels great each trip and is so reasonably priced.Maryam does such an excellent job, is so welcoming and warm, I don't know too much about hair but she makes me feel comfortable with her guidance and recommendations ensuring it meets my needs.

Been having my laser done at Inoa beauty for the last year and I can?t express how amazing the whole experience has been. It?s made such a huge different in the hair growth and I?m so so happy with the growth now. I had such thick, black hair but the difference in the growth now is amazing! Would 100% recommend! I have been going to Inoa Beauty on and off for last 1-2 years and I must say Maryam the owner who owns the saloon is such a nice and humbled lady always welcoming customers with love and accommodating their needs. All her workers are well equipped under her care and do their job brilliantly well. Usually I go for my roots and blow dry and get the best service from them. I must say they are not hypocrites like you will find in most hairdressers who give A class treatment on customer's first visit to get 5 stars and then after that ignore and treat badly having an increase of more customers.With Maryam i have realised she is the same regardless how many years one would visit to them. Do their job with wholeheartedly.She also provided a free consultation to my pigmentation and with her advice I have overcome my fears and with right guidance I now been cleared with pigmentation on my face.She is a beauty queen ?Keep up the great work Maryam and all workers who work under you ?????????? ?

I had my hair done by Mariam and she was the sweetest ever. The appointment started straight away and she made sure that I felt very comfortable (as I am a hijabi and ensured that no men came in the shop). I showed her a few inspo pics and she cut my hair exactly the same. She was so lovely the whole time and I will definitely be coming here as a regular. 5/5 for Inoa Beauty!!

Whilst the salon and service was at a satisfactory level the outcome was not. I was recommended this place by a friend however, my experience after various treatments was negative. I returned home with injuries. Skin was peeled off both my arms after waxing. I have never experienced this during decades of waxing. The wounds are still red and sore thirty six hours later. I called the next day to speak to the salon and no one answered or returned my call despite leaving a message. I strongly suggest less heavy handedness with treatments. I will not be returning there in the future.Services: Body waxing

booked a pedicure there.really rubbish and horrid pedicure. didn't even last a day, less than 12 hours later my feet were hard and cracked and a lot worse than before the pedicure. since the pedicure, my feet have stayed hard nd cracked and haven't returned to normal. I suggest never going there unless you want hard cracking feet.

My appointment was for 930. Was waiting since 915 outside. Shop was still closed at 935. Then I get a email at 914 to say that my appointment had been rescheduled to 940. I go in at 940 and she said your appointment is at 10. I showed her the email. She said well the wax is not ready. Well if you opened the shop before your first appointment maybe the wax would be ready. I won't be going there again.!

Today I came in to the salon to have a hydra facial procedure for the first time. A lovely friendly lady called Maryam has greeted me, checked my skin and we agreed i could proceed with the facial. Maryam explained everything step by step and what she is doing to my skin as she went along. Very professional and very friendly lady who made my skin look like a miracle. I came in with really dry and dull looking face - and Maryam made it into beautiful looking sunshine, that?s exactly how I felt walking out. Il be definitely coming back to Maryam. Top cosmetologist in Romford that I will be visiting once a month now. ????
