Knitting Patterns are displayed wrong, there are no books to look through and Patterns are displayed in a perspex holder standing on shelves, crumpled and bent over hard to view.
Very little choice. Won't be going back.

Slightly lacking on staff able to help but I did eventually find what I was looking for. Very wide range of materials though (which was why I needed help finding my very niche requirement).

Went in to look for some crinkle cut paper - there was an employee sat knitting, not sure what that was about. Asked her if they had any, she gave me a dirty ?what do you want look? and told me flatly, No. Completely useless, order off Amazon and I don?t like saying that.

I got asked for ID buying gloss model paint tiny tin. Im 44 years old and heavily tattooed. I didnt have ID on me but a photo of my passport on my phone (which is accepted at pubs and bars) But they still refused to serve me. Im not 100% sure I was judged on my appearence, but I cant help think that, ive bought several of the same pots many times. I had orders to fullfill for Xmas and its very stressful. So this was a real smack in the face. I was polite and didnt argue, but this is ridiculous. Id like to think i look under 18... but i do not. Horrible service. Avoid

After writing some positive reviews I'm going to address the negatives
No staff at all on the shop floors both upstairs and the ground floor and both girls working on the till were inflating one balloon and there were people waiting in a queue to be served so as a result nobody to ask a question about a product without queuing up. I was hoping to catch Steph in today but she wasn't in so I assumed there would be another member of staff who could answer a crochet question but was met with an abrupt no and no no-one to help. Just one staff member for all crochet matters, wow how many sales are you missing out on and certainly it was a shoplifters paradise in there today. Come on, shake it up please

Great store with a large sortiment. But also some stuff is so over priced and not worth to buy there. Customer service is amazing and always helpful.
