Knitting Patterns are displayed wrong, there are no books to look through and Patterns are displayed in a perspex holder standing on shelves, crumpled and bent over hard to view.
Very little choice. Won't be going back.

Slightly lacking on staff able to help but I did eventually find what I was looking for. Very wide range of materials though (which was why I needed help finding my very niche requirement).

Went in to look for some crinkle cut paper - there was an employee sat knitting, not sure what that was about. Asked her if they had any, she gave me a dirty ‘what do you want look’ and told me flatly, No. Completely useless, order off Amazon and I don’t like saying that.
