The staff are really friendly and will help you find the right items you need. It is always a pleasure being served by Dawn who was helping my son in the fitting room. She was so kind and helped him to see if the clothes were the right sizes. I hope head office recognises her and gives her a raise

The lady that was staying today in the fitting room was absolutely awful,my son was crying and she said young man you are scaring my customers.
First of all I don?t think she is the owner of the store and second how is the crying of a boy is affecting customers?
The lady on the till looked extremely upset that my son was crying and started to make faces.
I had no choice to leave the store and I don?t plan coming back.

Someone replace the appalling Saturday manager who discriminates certain members of the public. My daughter has a underlying learning disability and said in passing not to take 30 minutes in the changing room! When confronting she apologises but head office need to keep a close eye on her. She had 9 items to try on she refused her to try 2 and only allowed in 7 but no signs are up! She tried to belittle her. She knocked her confidence and walked out with nothing. Went to another external shop. Never again

Changing rooms on upper floor closed and ridiculous understaffed tills leading to huge theme park ride long queues. Meanwhile floor staff wander around when they could be serving.

Worth a visit. Good spacious and clean environment. Selling a nice design of clothing at prices to suit the pocket. Recieved good customer service from the shop assistants. Ask them about joining their membership, if you join you get voucher discounts each time you buy.

The shop is clean, the staff is nice but they don't have a big variety of clothes, specially for kids, and what I find strange, the don't have all the sizes, for every model, maybe because the store is not that big, it's hard for me to find something in that store

On a busy Sunday I came to H&M to exchange the size on my online order. The staff could not care less, and looked unhappy that I even dare to ask for help, but I received an extraordinary service from manager Mimoza, she was super professional and helped me with my request. Happy that there are still people working in retail and happy to help their customers.

Unhelpful staff who are rude for no reason. Fitting rooms seem to be closed and used for stock storage no matter when you go. Shop floor always a tip. Shame because H&M have decent stuff but need to visit other local branches to have a nice shopping experience. Head office needs to send a mystery shopper to see for themselves!!
