We had an amazing experience! We can't say enough about how fantastic the customer service was here! Sophie B did made us feel so welcome and comfortable! She engaged in our conversations and it was a great time spent! Please make sure that she is recognised for an awesome evening! Even a pay rise because that customer service was something we have never experienced and it will be a lasting memory for us! We will definitely be going back again!

I visited Harvester last night and cannot fault the service.
We were greeted promptly and provided a clean table with a great selection of a menu.
The food was served promptly and tasted amazing.
Rachel in particular was a stand out colleague who ensured we were well looked after.
I shall be definitely returning soon.

I recently visited the Harvester with my Mum, Dad and Niece, and am full of praise for this restaurant, and their staff. I don't usually leave reviews, but an exception must be made as the food, service, and cleanliness was tip top. My niece is two so is naturally very active, the staff were superb in accommodating to her needs, and even engaged with her, which she LOVED! Rachel and Jablu are prize assets to this branch, they were amazing from the minute we stepped in, to the moment we left, a true testament to a fantastic chain. Needless to say, we will be returning soon! Oh and the halloumi skewers are incredible. Great experience, great evening, and a massive thank you once again to Rachel and Jablu

Usual range of food - mostly anything with chips. Sometimes good quality & fresh, sometimes not so good & dried up. Unlimited salad bar is good - but you can only eat so much salad! Sauces can be overpowering but can be scraped off or left. Good atmosphere & usually good, friendly service

Mushroom starter was not freshly cooked,it was reheated and tasted horrible.The onion rings and the burger main meal, again,not freshly cooked.It was really disgusting and dripping in fat.The young, pleasant Waitress did not wait for my reply, when she asked, how the food was. Could she please not keep calling us"you guys"at every opportunity? We were three mature, professional ladies.I will never eat here again.

Had breakfast for first time with friends..Lovely breakfast but all disliked the sausages.Be better if they wasn't Cumberland..Everything else 10/10..Service was excellent..Summer was our waitress lovely young girl..Made sure at all times that Everything was OK.. Very pleasant young lady..Will return again soon..But change sausages or do two options..

Great food really tasty cooked quickly to order, staff are amazing friendly and attentive especially Jade. The free salad bar has a great selection to choose from along with bread rolls. Highly recommend

Arrived with a family of 8 and was greeted by the lovely manager stephanie took us to our table and notified us that a server would shortly be over. After a short amount of time our server who was Sophie came over to our table with a friendly smile to swiftly take our order and let us know where the salad cart is if we wanted to go up and was a great start as the salad was great along with the cart being high standardly clean. Not long after our mains arrived and it was FANTASTIC with nothing bad to say about anything. This place always seems to exceed expectations with the staff and quality. Highly recommended and once again a big shout out to our server SOPHIE. Well done.

Booked on fathers day, very busy. But the food was very good and had to ask staff for cutlery and something else that was missing from the order, it was all sorted by a very busy member who still cameback to making everything was ok which it was. The staff member was summer.

This used to be a great Harvester. Unfortunately, standards have really slipped. This time the chicken was overcooked and dry, and the gravy looked like dirty dish water. It was watery with no substance or taste. I spoke to the manager, a tall and very slim young man, whose name i didnt get. He told me that is what gravy looks like and this is how they serve it. I have been to many Harvesters and I have never seen gravy served that looks like dirty water. He was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacked customer service skills. If this is the quality of management, I'm not surprised that a once very busy, buzzing establishment has become so quiet. I can no longer recommend this particular Harvester as a good place to eat. Wasted £60!!!
