Ricky was an amazing help today his hospitality was amazing and kindness unmatched in all the Halfords I?ve ever been too( where the customer service is awful). Ricky also took his time to explain and make sure I understood what I was buying before I bought it. He was FANTASTIC!! ( he deserves a raise )

I believe the managers name was Lily , Who went above and beyond to get us the right car seat for our baby. we are foster carers and would recommend that they go to your store if asked. Lily was so patient with us. we had never fitted an Isofix car seat before . She is a credit to your company

Excellent service from Ricky at Cycling Services! My husband took our daughter?s bike in less than an hour before closing, just to check if it was even worth fixing. Ricky went above and beyond ? he changed the tyres, brakes, and a few other things on the spot while my husband waited. We?re very pleased with both the quality of the work and the fair price. Highly recommended!

Check your bike will be accepted before booking a service - took my Haibike all the way down for a gears service to be told (After carrying my 20kg ebike upstairs) that they won't touch my bike as I didn't get it from them. What a waste of time.

Very poor service. Had to wait around 10mins after tellling the guy on the till I had booked in for a battery check. Then the guy asked me where my battery was and couldn?t work out how to take the cover off. After he figured it out he then told me my battery needed changing but I?d have to make an appointment and come back. When I questioned that I had an appointment he told me yeah but we are short staffed.
Complete joke.

Horrible customer service. I was addressed by Martin at the counter for a return and will not be going to this store again neither will I recommend it to my friends and family.
