I went into H Samuel jewellers on Wednesday. My daughter?s chain on her necklace was heavily tangled. I showed Christine and Narinder who kindly and patiently untangled the chain for me and my daughter. This was not an easy task believe me, however they were only too happy to help. My daughter is delighted that her necklace was mended. Thank you ladies so much for your time doing this and I will be back in for that watch I spotted!

I had been having some issues with an item over time. We had followed the correct procedure and today we finally got it sorted. No fault of my local Romford store.
Today I was dealt with by Christine and I can honestly say she dealt with everything professionally and was very helpful. She took time to show me different items and that I was happy with what we had chosen. Thank you for your time and patience and understanding.

Took my 9 year old daughter to H.Samuel in Romford to have her ears pierced. A very welcoming and professional service by Alicia who explained everything clearly. Alicia also communicated with my daughter at her level in a caring and friendly way to reassure her but also engaged with my daughter's excitement. A personal service for a special moment for my daughter. Thank you.

We visited the Romford store today and was so overwhelmed with the assistance we received from Alicia she was so professional helpful she went the extra mile and more cant thank you enough Alicia she knew her products knew how to match jewellery so no gaps etc just a shame we live in norfolk we would revisit this store to served by her 1 million percent ??

Today i got my ears pierced in Romford H. Samuel. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. I was scared about piercing their one assistant and her name is Kajol, she supported me during my whole process of the ear piercing. She did it very slowly and professionally. It was not too much painful. I liked her service.
