Lazy staff, it?s 10 o?clock and I can?t have breakfast because it ends in an hour, doesn?t breakfast end at 11am? The staff needs to stop taking short cuts, it?s a whole hour away until breakfast ends, it?s bloody ridiculous.

Came in for breakfast, i was visiting a friend down here as i am from up north. and all i can say is that this place is ATROCIOUS! first of all the woman that was the area manager was rude to her staff (i had to ask a staff member if she was okay because of how rude she was being) i asked for the name of the manager as i think this is absolutely out of order and her name was barbra or something along them lines. i?m not too sure? however the girl serving us was great at her job i didn?t manage to get her name but she has a lot of cool tats. she was very friendly and gave excellent service. however i am still in disbelief that a manager is speaking to her employees like this.

The store was dirty, we tell them our table is dirty, and they just give us some tissue. The floor was sticky and dirty. 5 crew standing behind the front counter and talking. Wasn?t busy .

Greggs is the only place that will serve you completely freezing cold food ment to be warm but not say a thing till after they've taken your money.Probably scared to loose customers when all there hot pastys /food is freezing cold. One bite and binned

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of service this evening. I had a too good to go bag. Unfortunately when I arrived at the store the shutters were down. 3 members of staff were inside. This was 4.35pm. When collection was 4.30 til 5pm. I tried to interact several times, only to be ignored. At one point a woman came up to the shutters , laughed, ran back and hid. I'm so disappointed as I shop here all the time. I will not be purchasing from this branch any more. I'm so disappointed ab upset. It would have been nice for someone to say there was no stock. Or alternatively cancel the order. Rather than coming out in the rain when not needed. Also waited 15 minutes. Another woman showed up to collect a bag also. She was ignored too.
