Not only that but it is also filthy ! Come on people clean and clean the place up! At the end of the day you are serving food here? The counter, the glass and everything else is covered in grease and dirt?

Staff her are attentive and helpful.
However, I expected more from Greggs with respect to their treats. You clearly don't know how to make gingerbread, I strongly suggest you go back to the drawing board there.

Great staff - but I went there for some nice cakes; plain bland selection available from a typical supermarket, nothing fancy in there at all. Wish the old bakers was still in Collier Row; a proper bakers.

The white coffee tasted odd. I then noticed it had large white bits floating around in it. I poured it down the drain.

Collier row Romford greggs is the worst so avoid .The girls employed have a stinking and rude attitude . Trading standards need to carry out a visit and shut this branch . Food is cold , horrible and staff are hideous they need to be sacked asap. Avoid this dirty place.

The laziest bones idle staff you could ever come across. Don?t bother, if you order online your money gets taken order is confirmed then 15 minutes later they cancel, same thing, same staff every weekend. Save your money.

Absolutely shocking 12.45 on a SaturdayNo hot chocolate,no pizza no sausage rolls!! Minimal selection of hot and cold sandwiches rolls!! My husband asked if they was making any at 12.45 and they said no!!!! It?s says they don?t close till 7pm yet have no good travelled up there for them to have nothing it?s a joke!!

Great customer service, very friendly and approachable staff. Assisted with the order, particularly being disabled. All fresh prepared and hot. Food was delicious.
