This was my first time in Greggs,Staff was so rude .. i asked for a suggestion and she said I don't know what you like so u choose then I asked wether the food was made with whole wheat flour she said there is a board so you can read them .She didn't even try to say anything ?

Daughter went in there this morning for a bacon roll, the girl coughed into her hand and continued to make the roll .. disgusting.She did not allow me to say anything as she got embarrased but binned it and went elsewhere :(

Went in today and there was dog poo walked all over the floor and not one member of staff even tried to clean it up. Theres was just a yellow sign left near the poo. People were walking in it and treading it around the place. I know it's "not your job" to clean it but you sell food, a massive no no to health and safety. Will skip this Gregg's from now on!!!

Popped in just after opening. All thr hard work pays off as a beautiful large croissant and 2 HOT sausage rolls were bought.Staff both nice and cheerful even that early in the morning.Always bright, cheerful and clean.

Felt very sorry for the lady that served me... she appeared to be very new to the job and was having a bit of trouble using the till.. one of the "older" members of staff snapped at her.. not nice! ?
