The people who work here are absolutely amazing, my daughter who suffers from sensory problems, can not concentrate when music is playing in a store, the moment the worker of this shop realised why my daughter was stressed out, they offered to turn off the music completely for her, bwe said it would be fine to just turn it down a little while she was in there.This reason alone will have me making this sports shop my 1st choice every time we need trainers.Thank you for being amazing

First ever visit to this store, I purchased and then to return some items. Good selection of clothing, decent offers and a pleasant visit overall. Nicole was very polite and helpful definitely a credit to this store. ?

Shocking waste of time. Went to get shoes for schoolfor my daughter and first they don?t have a foot measure and then I returned having asked to try on kickers (after being told they would have them) and then was told they don?t have any!! 1hour of wasted time!!!

Staff were rude and tried to argue with me which was a joke. I asked for a refund in an item and they said they can?t refund me for no reason what so ever. Never coming to this Footasylum again.
