They have no manners called and asked if they take on apprentice didn’t say a word to me and hung up I take them as very disrespectful and have lack of manners as a business you should always show respect and have manners to people and always keep it professional as I can see they clearly struggle with that very disrespectful

Plumber came out the once, did not know what job he was there for, had an earpod in the entire time he spoke with me, and turned out he didn’t have the right equipment. Re-arranged for a Saturday, waited all day, sent 3 texts across 5 hours, all went to read but no response. Later, I get a call saying his phone was in the car and he’d come Sunday. Waited all day Sunday, nothing. Rang & complained via email, 1 week later still no response. Rang, explained and rebooked, proceeded to wait all day on a Monday, again no show. Completely disgusting customer service. Those are the phone are unempathetic and rude. Absolute scam of a company.

This right here. Anyone who knows me, knows customer service and a patient willingness to explain will get you everywhere with me. The ladies that answer the phone are top-notch every time I rang their line. Kyle came out yesterday- great dude; met my expectations, did what I asked, had a great alternative when I hit a wall, even vacuumed my garage floor! 5 out of 5 stars.

I've had to have my water heater replaced because of a leak. Their plumber Adrin installed my new water heater, he was very polite, quick, and highly professional. There was no mess, my water heater looked amazing!
