Poor shop. I can't say that part quality is bad. But definitely they don't have customer parking. When i come to shop for collection. They parking full with cars. But shop is empty. I understand that this car is local workers cars. I park next,to not block anything. But local gypsies issue penalty ticket. Looks like someone start making dirty business. For now recommend to everyone avoid this shop. And let them organise customer parking.

Got a PCN for parking at this euro car parts because there was no availability for parking so parked slightly over a yellow line. Took PCN into the store and got told nothing they can do. Won't be shopping here again useless knobs

Don?t come to this store anymore just got a parking notice for £100 what an absolute joke there was no bays to park in be careful I would go elsewhere dirty parking company spend your money elsewhere

WHAT AN AWFUL BRANCH!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Staff are rude, I got a parking ticket as wasn?t in a bay, but they had 4/5 of their vans parked in the bays, but I get slapped with a fine!! Go down there and part from the lady she was lovely the others are rude and don?t deserve a job!! Got on his high horse and started punching the wall behind the counter!! Where do they get the staff? Everyone of Harold hill and surrounding areas avoid this place!! Needs to be closed down!!

Said that the part i needed was in stock when i checked online around 12pm but when i got there the lady said because it was after 1pm they was all gone and i need to go back at 8am tomorrow morning. I got there at 1.10pm.

Have some trash parking company managing their car park and they do not help customers cancel their parking charge notice even though they can.
Update: despite their reply to this review, they yet again refused to do anything about it.

BEWARE of where you are parking. If not parking in a designed area you will end up with a PCN letter. I would rather travel to GSF than bother with the parking.
