**Review: Extremely Disappointing Mani-Pedi Experience**
I recently visited Elegance with my mother for a mani-pedi, and the experience was utterly disappointing. Despite our high hopes, the service fell far below basic expectations.
First and foremost, our nails are a mess. None of my nails are equal or done properly. The same goes for my mother's nails?uneven lengths and poorly shaped. It looks like the job was done hastily and without any attention to detail.
Moreover, the condition of our skin is appalling. Both our hands and feet still feel rough, and the skin is dry and flaky. It seems the moisturizing step was either skipped or done inadequately.
Overall, this was one of the worst mani-pedi experiences we've ever had. We left the salon with our nails and skin in worse condition than when we arrived. I do not recommend to anyone looking for quality nail care.

Just before I went on holiday I went to Elgance Beauty for a face wax. The woman left the wax on for to long burnt my face. It was all red and blistered not a good look
Very unprofessional and expensive ill never return there again.

I like the nails but i dont like the nail paint becz the other lady do my nail paint not the nail technician and she also not cut my cuticle area literally very bad its not good for me. I never come back again ..

I recently had a terrible experience at Elegance Beauty. I went in for a simple eyebrow tidy up and left with one eyebrow smaller than the other and half my eyebrows were gone. When I returned to request a refund, I was told to email head office. Despite reaching out, I received no response and was only told to wait. The staff didn't even apologise and were laughing and talking about the situation in their own language. This is a disgusting service, and I am extremely disappointed. I won't be returning and I advise others to stay away!

Went to get my eyebrows threaded today ahead of my birthday tomorrow. The lady was very rude. I naturally have very thick brows and specifically asked her to keep the shape as I like them to be thick. She made my eyebrows stick thin and I'm very upset it has essentially ruined my birthday. Wouldn't recommend this place at all very unprofessional staff who do not listen.

they cut my fingers 3 times, didn?t apologise about any of them, the underneath of my nails were all crusty, and after i left i had to buy a nail file to fix the corners cause they were so sharp i could cut my skin. I paid £38, and my friend got her nails taken off, she?s been in pain since yesterday when she got them off. And they look really scruffy

I visit this salon almost every month and only have gel nails done . Today was the second time I went and found the staff very rude and not very professional. The nail technician was on her phone whilst doing the ladies nails before me. Then it was my turn and she still continued talking on the phone . The owner started to shout at the nail technician asking her to get off the phone as the client doesn?t like it. This is the second time I?ve be to the salon where the owner had spoken abruptly to the same nail technician in the middle of the saloon. This was enough to make this the last time I go there!!!!!!.Service: Acrylic nails

Visited on a whim to have my nails done - the lady was shown a picture of what I wanted and agreed that she could do the colour ombré using gel polish. She then couldn?t achieve the result I wanted so had to change my look. I asked for different plain colour instead - she filed off the bare minimum of the colour leaving my nails patchy and lumpy and then proceeded to paint over the remaining pink polish. The finished job was lumpy and rough looking - I will have to visit my normal salon to have them fixed. Avoid at all costs.

The beautician took great care with my eyebrows waxing with a bit of threading too. Trimmed them and gave them a little massage the same with top lip. I always go to this beauty salon. Would highly recommend

My wife had her nails & toes done with gel polish. Two days after she went abroad & all her hand nails peeled off.
She went to the shop today & was told they can?t do anything as it was over a week, she showed them the photo of her nails which was taken 3 days after having them but their attitude was this has never happened before.
I wouldn?t recommend the place as there attitude towards customer is disgusting. Stay well clear, she was made to feel that she was trying to have them over & she wasn?t
