I went in to add sim to Mobil only -to be told I can get better Wi-Fi for same price but now checking my bill being charged over £92 on my next bill ! Told I have have to go back to store to get charge taken off , for installation that I never received! Been with ee 11 years and feel completely done over by staff in store with misleading information. Very disappointing and stressful

Visited the EE store in Romford today, interested in a phone upgrade deal I had seen online. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but bonus credit to Sabrina, who took the time to find me a great package with exactly what I originally wanted, plus a free bonus tablet, for the same price. Glad I went into the store today instead of online.

Be very careful of this place especially if elderly they try to sell you add on like iPad that they lie about the cost and insist you get a cheaper phone it is a scam !

Sorted out my issue

I popped in the EE shop on Friday 16th May and was shown to one of the assistants Zain and I explained what I was looking for, he said no problem, he sorted out my broadband and new phone,
He transferred all the data from my old phone to my new phone, while this was happening, I had to leave my phone and come back, 30 minutes later, when I got back, it was still finishing off transferring, once it finished, I picked up the phones and left, when I got home a little while later, I realised I had left the box it came in and 2 child sim cards.
Went back the next day, spoke to one of the assistants, told him what happened, no problem, he asked one of assistants to get it, when I looked in the box the sims were not there, they had been put into the secure locker and Zain would not be until later, couldn't wait, so the assistant Labiba, was able to do me 2 new child sim cards, both assistants were absolute diamonds a credit to the company.

Don't use this store, staff are clueless, sign you up to unwanted contracts and never answer phone to deal with problems, better to do it online so any problems can be resolved.

I Visited The EE store in Romford today for a sim replacement & upgrade. ?Fabiha ? was the Customer Guide who assisted me. She was excellent. Very hospitable and knowledgable on additional products and services available to enhance my EE experience.
The rest of the team were also very accommodating. Great Team & Great Store.
