We order all the time from various dominoes in Basildon and Chelmsford and it has never been a problem. I?m lactose intolerant and can?t choose vegan cheese on a meaty pizza on the app. So I always make a normal order and call the shop and change cheese on 1 of the pizzas. This shop declined this so had to cancel the order. So if you have dietary restrictions, don?t order here. Awaiting refund and have my finger crossed.

I recently ordered from Domino?s Pizza and had an excellent experience! The online ordering process was seamless and user-friendly. My pizza arrived hot and fresh, exactly on time. The delivery driver was courteous and followed all the safety protocols.

It's a shame that such a well-known company is already fooling people. Last Sunday I went and bought a pizza, (not online but came to the shop) and the deal was buy one and get one free. One large pizza costs £11.99 but the guy said 24.00. I was surprised, why such a price? I already believed that they raised prices. But today my husband buying a pizza there, and the price is £11.99. Will never buy again there.

It was closed for refurbishment on Sunday 20th August 2023 despite the website saying it was open!! Generally it delivers very quickly. Food always fresh and hot on arrival.Got my pizza from Domino's in Collier Row.

What a joke of a manager.
I have dietary requirements so having a takeaway that caters for celiacs and lactose intolerance works perfect. Except the manager in store refused to use a gluten free base and their vegan cheese. Apparently he would ge into trouble. Well, we then tried another store and it was no problem.
Will not be coming back to this store and I feel very sorry for the staff working under this pig of a manager
