Ordered last night as a cheeky treat. Don?t usually order from here. Today I have has the WORST food poisoning. It?s now been more than 24hrs. I haven?t been able to eat anything. And I haven?t been able to leave the bathroom. I couldn?t even function.

this dixy is bad because of this new staff from now on. I said that I want pizza with normal chicken that is not spicy, they made it spicy, the owner was ok making pizza and the food was good, I will not go to eat there again I ordered a pizza there, I ate two servings of chicken, I took a pizza house and I was shocked when I ate the first slice of pizza and it's spicy, shameless with the rarity of food, you tell it not to be spicy and they do the opposite and it's hard in their mouth because they didn't make it spicy!!!!!

For many years, I've enjoyed purchasing pizzas ? for my family, particularly those with stuffed crust. When ordering, it's helpful to specify your preferred cooking level; I prefer mine slightly overcooked, and they've always accommodated my request. My children greatly prefer this pizzeria to others. I now also order large pizzas for my workplace, and they're always completely devoured upon arrival.

Their peri peri comes from the peri peri box, their neighbour. Thieves deceive people by selling food from other shops. Filthy rats are all over this place. The owner is one too, his little maggot kid is also a rat just like him. Both little hideous alcoholic rats. The whole neighbourhood knows now ??

Back in 2010-2021 this shop used to be really good like They had the best chicken and shop but all of the sudden this owner is really greedy. Because 1 the prices are really expensive like 3 wins and chips costs £3 LIKE WHAT!? And a burger meal is £8 like it has to be the most expensive dixy branch i?ve been. But thats not it i recently visited dixy chicken and i was served old dirty fried chicken that has feathers on it there was alot of grease in the chicken. My advice is if you are at romford station and looking for the best chicken and chips. Head to hot & tasty or lakers they provide fresh food. I wont be coming back especially how bad the food was ?????

This branch of dixy is highly abusive to customers. I have never met one of the guys before and the day I buy food he comments on me mentioning that I have added weight. This is disgusting behaviour and I highly do not recommend anyone to come here. They lack respect for customers.

My recent visit to this establishment was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the short man wearing a cap behind the till was extremely rude. His behavior was especially concerning as he made several young girls, who appeared to be around 12 years old, uncomfortable by staring at them inappropriately. His attitude towards everyone in the queue was equally unacceptable, displaying an obvious lack of customer service skills.
When it was my turn, he handed me the food with his back turned to me, which I found incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the food did not redeem the poor service. The wings were dry and cold, the chicken was tasteless and excessively oily, and the pizza was unevenly cooked?burnt in some areas and undercooked in others. The chicken topping even had a foul smell.
When I complained, I was informed that I would need to return all the food in its original condition to receive a refund, which is an unreasonable policy if even a single bite is taken. This policy suggests they are aware of the poor quality and are deliberately trying to avoid issuing refunds.
Another disturbing observation was the man behind the till drinking from a bottle with a red cap, which looked like tonic wine or perhaps cough syrup, suggesting he was intoxicated. This could explain his malicious behaviour.
Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid this shop. Boycott this place until they improve their service and food quality!

I never leave reviews unless positive. But this was the WORST chicken and chips I?ve had in my life. We ordered a bucket and every piece of chicken was flavourless, and the chips were stale. I also never throw away food unless it?s gone off, but we had to throw away the majority because of how bad it was. They should be ashamed to give that to customers!!!

This shop is ran by a Pakistani couple. The female acts very innocent but very cunning.I took a wings bucket, which included apple pie/doughnut. When I reached home, I found;A. There was no Apple Pie/DoughnutB. 2 pieces of chicken wings missing.I live far away from them. However, next evening, I went there and told them I felt 'Deceived'. The lady who packed, immediately said they didn't have apple pie. I said, no problem, you could tell me and how do you explain 2 pieces wings missing?Food quality, isn't Great either.I would strongly recommend to avoid them, as much as you can
