We had an amaizing experiance with a shop assistant by the name Adil. From the moment we walked in, Adil was frendly and helpful. Adil made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable troughout. We have also met the shop manager Bay who was also polite and helful.
The customer service was top-notch.
Your company should have more Adil and Bay. What a delightful two young man

Sofas are nice but staff rude and unhelpful. Best to avoid this store. They only want to stand around and chat to one another, instead of offering advice.

Sofas are nice but not sure the staff were very helpful. First I said I was interested in looking at a certain sofa in the colour navy in the velvet fabric that I?d seen online? to be told gleefully that they had it in their clearance range because it had a minor defect? they showed it to me and it wasn?t navy at all (it was dark grey) and not velvet either. When I?d said I wanted to see the navy velvet, they then changed their mind and said they don?t have that option in store to show me, so felt like they were trying to sell me a faulty sofa on purpose?
Overall I felt like I couldn?t get a straight answer about any of my questions and as soon as I?d mentioned that I wouldn?t be buying today as I still needed to get the measurements of my new flat I felt very dismissed. It?s really put me off wanting to buy there now.

My old parents brought brand new sofas from DFS from their savings and it took them 7 months to deliver. Once the did, the arms were damaged becausethe delivery guy had put more sofas on ours, so the sofas got badly dented and cushions have been damaged. We complained, and they are taking no responsibility of the damage. Instead told us to "blowdry" so the leather sofas. Obviously we said they are seriously damaged, and they should either refund or replace, but the said no. My parents are pensions l, and it's disgusting how this big company can do fraudulent act. I wanted to warn customer not to purchase and if they do take such a big risk with their money because you won't get your money back nor replaced. It's disgusting!
