Appalling experience with this store!Till crashed mid transaction taking the value of my gift cards with it left in a purgatory state & me leavening with no purchase.Was told 48hr... nothing... Returned in store to be told a email has been sent to head office with 72hr response... NOTHING.Rang Head office myself in the end and my gift cards reimbursed same day.ONE WHOLE WEEK IT HAS TAKEN ME!

It's mid December, the build up to what should be the busiest time in the UK. And where's the staff. Seems nobody wants to work in this store. Stock only on display but not actually in stock.

Came in to pick up a tumble dryer, I didn?t feel well. The man brought it over to me and asked me to show him to my car, he then put it in my car for me. I was so pleased I didn?t have to struggle with that myself.Thank you to the kind young man

Had the most unwelcoming experience 5 minutes ago. The staff at the collection desk were very nice and told me to wait by the phones for my query as it was phone related. As I waited the rest of the staff avoided me and my younger brother I think this was racially motivated and when we tried to ask someone for help they actively tried walking away. The person who I assume was on manager duty was very dismissive and rude to us. Not happy

Bad experience when we went but a tv. They said they can collect from store. But 4 days later they cancel the order and asked me for pay for delivery. Even my house is near by. I have car, I can take my self.Customer dealings are not at all good.

We went to buy a washing machine and unfortunately they haven?t had the one we wanted, however there was this gentleman who was very helpful and wasn?t afraid to tell us his honest opinion about the one we should buy (even though it wasn?t the most expensive one).

Hi,I bought an airfryer online, and i changed my mind, I called Costumer Services to return it, and the person over the phone told me you could take the airfryer to one of the Currys branch and return it. I took it there. However, the Curry's staff rejected. They said your airfryer's box seems to have opened, and we can't expect it. I asked them, "Can you prove that howevere they said it seems like opened.The funny thing is they sold an already opened and retaped airfryer box to someone on that day. I saw on top of the box one sellotape sticked on the original one.

Not enough staff, staff they did have weren't very helpful. I wasted over an hour waiting for assistance and then the customer service woman was rude and condersending.

Appalling service. Turned up to pick up a television and followed the instructions by waiting by the collection desk. There are no signs indicating which side to queue from. No acknowledgement from any members of staff, and queues began to form from both ends. Rudely told that, having waited well over ten minutes and with both members of staff on the desk having watched me do so (without so much as asking me to wait at the other side) that to collect the item I had to join the back of the queue at the other side that had formed while I was waiting. Absolutely shocking click and collect service.

Sara was very helpful, she went through the laptops that she thought would suit our needs and finally settled on one and explained the extras we may have needed. Very happy husband.

Only a two because one staff member acutely knows what he is doing and knows his tech stuff and is overall a good salesperson. (Tall white guy wearing a Samsung t shirt)The rest!!! such bad attuide/bad service and a lack good communication skills

Took my computer in here for a repair. The repair staff were consistently rude, arrogant and condescending at every step of the process. Would not choose to deal with them again in future

We went into the Romford store to look at slow cookers (physically) and although they has some, there were not that many on display in the store when compared to the number of the same items seemingly available via the Currys website. So this was disappointing, we did however select and purchase a model and paid via a gift card scheme which worked very efficiently.This is a very big store with a huge range of items, so worth a visit.
