I would hand 0 stars, unknown to me you can no longer take an item and buy it at a till. You have to wait to be told their is a queunig system (no signs to know this) and wait for a member to come to you. I'm not sure why this would now be a thing I get job cuts etc... but this is poor, atleast put a sign up so people know they can't just buy and go. Back to online shopping only for Curry's

Went in to buy a samsung watch. Waited over 15 minutes, even though store was pretty much empty. Didn't have the one I wanted on display and couldn't show me the one they had!!!

Shame that many of staff wander around in groups almost trying to avoid customers. Product range isn't bad but feels more like a showroom than store these days

If there's 10 people in there it's busy. You'll have to wait for someone to talk to. When you do, they'll probably say, 'we don't sell that you'll have to order it online'.

Purchased 50? TV end of July, it stopped working so returned to store 1st December. Informed it will take up to a maximum 28 days repair and I would receive an update. Gone through Xmas with no TV , re-visited store 2nd January for update to be told part for repair on back order and will get a call in a couple of days. Now the 14th January , no follow up calls, No TV and no one able to advice on part, all I want is a like for like TV that works. Once the money is taken, there is no care for the customer. Should have released that when I walked into Currys and saw all the staff talking in 2?s and 3?s ignoring customers who wanted help buying a product !!!!???

I visited the store this afternoon and witnessed a staff member berating a customer, ?Mr. Horton.? Concerned, I asked the gentleman if he was okay, only to learn that he had previously left a bad review?something I later found online. The staff member was openly rude to him as a result, and other employees stood around, watching and whispering as if he had done something wrong.
The whole situation was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I ended up walking out I seriously hope management consider doing a refresher training in customer service.
