Omg I have never seen such a rude woman behind a till. Talking to someone else in a different language while serving me where the only communication I got was the odd grunt and hand gestures. I now know why I don't normally shop there. Disgusting!

The staff at this store are so rude, went it to do a return, waited in queue one man in front of me two people behind me, a man walked in and went straight up to the other till and said to the woman behind counter what he wanted . When I said that there was a queue, the man behind the counted told me not to worry about it as I just had a parcel. I then said, "But what about the people behind me?" The women behind me agreed with me, and he didn't even seem bothered. I won't be going there again as this is the second time the man has moaned at me about parcels. Very poor customer service

Went to return a parcel, the gent weren?t helpful and seemed like I was a bother to him when I asked him where to printer was to print the label out. Once it was printed, the lady behind the till spoke to me rudely and then turned to the gent and spoke about me to him in a different language and gestured to me whilst doing so! Not ideal customer service at all

staff not helpful - greedy and not polite. They claim on Sundays not to take EVRI parcels, despite being open and other EVRI parcel shops taking parcels on Sundays. Incredibly poor service and I would avoid at all costs

I have been to this about 3 times now as the staff are friendly and the clean and very cheap as soon you walk in they are watching you on the tv or making up jobs so they watch you. I find this happens in a lot of shops with a lot of people but come on I don?t look like I will nick from your shop pal
