I go here regular to buy my normal snacks and drinks the guys at this shop are very nice and respectful and there prices are standard so there's nothing to complain about all round good service ?

Most expensive can of monster energy drink £3,49 for one can .
never use this store again for anything . And will avoid all costcutters stores as not Costcutters at all false advertising ?

Absolutely appalling service. I called the day before to ask them to hold my parcel as I would be coming to collect it , they agreed. I arrived the next day only to find they had already sent it back. I then waited in the shop for over half an hour while they were busy, fully aware I was standing there waiting. Not a single apology was offered and they were laughing . Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop for parcel collections ? disgraceful behaviour.

Worst customer service ever. The guy behind the counter prashank or prem has no respect. Speaks so rudely and shouts. Another customer was there and she told me not to take it personally because they have the worst service and to check their google reviews. I asked him if he has seen their google reviews he said he doesnt care and for me to go write my own review. I was shocked. People who choose to be pricks will forever baffle me. He even charged me for returning my evri parcel. It is meant to be FREE. Never coming here again.

I have a mixed experience from my multiple visits here. Have come across staff that have been well behaved and also a staff who was terribly rude and impatient.

Rude staff wouldn?t accept my Evri parcel at 22:45 even though they close at 11pm. Had to walk it back with load of boxes and I?m a regular customer?. Hate to think how he treats non regular customers?.

The owner of the shop was extremely racist towards my mom and told her to go back to her own country while my 7 year old sister was with her ( the guy himself is from India or whatever place as well ) just because she was trying to send a parcel and he didn?t like that he had to work. If he?s gonna act this way why have a shop at all? ( it?s a really long story so this is it in a nutshell )

The Salesman behaved extremely rude, worst customer service ever. So uneducated. I would never recommend this Shop to anyone. I just wanted to return a evri parcel. Very very bad experience, it ruined my day at the moment.
