Cost ' upper' more like. Convenient but costly hence only the 3 stars. Also one short older gentleman working in there needs to really gtfo customers way when they're trying to locate items and shop around. Inconsiderate fuccer would be an understatement, otherwise not too bad at all

Charged additional £1 on debit card without telling me because I spent under £10. Cashier pointed to sign "hidden behind boxes of sweets" does not state they will charge a £1 just states they cannot accept card under £10. Not only breaking the law,rude and unhelpful attitude,wont be back.

Very expensive, Costcutter is a total misnomer. They also sell individually items clearly marked not for individual resale. Further at the till there is a sign stating that card purchases under £5 will be charged, a practice that has been banned since 2018 and is against the law, when challenged on this they have no regard for the law. I have reported them to Costcutter head office whether they will do anything I don't know as I suspect it is a franchise, I have also reported them to trading standards for flouting the law and I suggest others do the same. If they are blatantly flouting the above laws I suspect they are also breaking other laws. If I could give no stars I would!

I always use this shop for collect+, the guys and lovely young lady who is sometimes in there are always very nice to me, I can imagine that in the area it is you do get some unsavoury characters, but I am happy to use this store

Went there today to buy some necessities and regret I did. Found out at the till that they charge for using contactless payment if it?s under £10. They told me to leave the shopping when I pointed out it?s against the law. Ridiculous how they rip people off.
