Very robust and robotic staff, i order a chai latte the staff was least concerned about my order and she was in a rush to send me off the counter. I agree my order (Chai latte) was not more in money but i expect the staff to listen to me atleast. I requested for for spice she said she already add the spice so she can't add more spice and i requested for an empty cup and i can pay for it. She straight away denied me, then she said if ur dining in i can give you glass cup.

This is a message to whoever thought putting a digital code lock on the toilet was a smart idea. Far too many people get locked inside and are left struggling to push the door open - including elderly people and children - who result in banging on the door in the hopes that someone will hear and call a member of staff to help. One girl was left in tears. Not acceptable!
Apart from this, there are very helpful and kind staff.

I spent over £20.00 and this coffee shop today 19 sept in Romford. Was a lovely day but as always the bag lady was there hogging up chairs with her news paper bags and on the other side there was a group of people over 65 clearly finished their coffees and now sitting there with tap water having a quiz !!
I?m a carer and I managed to get one chair but I had to stand the whole time while you let people sit outside for hrs with tap water

I recently visited this establishment, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and understanding shown by the staff. As a pregnant woman, I urgently needed to use the restroom, and I politely explained my situation to the staff member. However, the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to let me use the facilities.
Her rough and unkind attitude was not only shocking but also absolutely unacceptable. It's ridiculous to deny a basic need, especially to someone in a vulnerable condition like pregnancy. This experience left me feeling upset and frustrated. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and provides better training to their staff on how to handle such situations with care and compassion. Can?t remember name but it?s starts Flor?.

Staff were rude and ignored customers only to server someone else even tho they just walked in. Claimed the fridge wasn?t working but still had food on stock.
The electric storage area isn?t secure so anyone could access it.

The staff is not welcoming , Also i was charged twice and they said no they charged me once i showed my transaction i spoke to my bank they also said i am charged twice i also showed costa staff but they didn't checked their systems and didn't help
