Absolutely delighted to find a dog friendly coffee shop in Gidea Park. Seating inside or outside, dog friendly. Great coffee and service. Would be 5 Stars if they had nearby parking

The bathroom is dirty, Sunday morning. There is no soap.
I take a coffee and a triple chocolate muffin. The coffee was ok, but the muffin was dry, old and disgusting. Dirty place.

Drink orders were mixed up, asked for oat milk in one drink which was not done and proper real cream on a hot chocolate but was given the vegan quite frankly horrible cream

Very poor slow service, more interested in restocking the fridge with milk half way through making my drink.

Really helpful staff (man). There's a small step (2-3in) so my scooter couldn't access this store easily, I had to use walking stick support to enter but was given a lot of support by the man working there on 26/6/2024 at 11.40 am.
The only problem was some coffee floating in the drink & the App calls this store Scoffs but there's nothing to tell you it's ever been known as that, all it says on the frontage is costa?

Nice place and their drinks are very tasty. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The food could be better but the drinks more than make up for it.

I?ve been to this Costa many times and it?s always been a nice place to take friends for coffee with very friendly staff (as are most costa?s). However, today me and my family took a quick drive down there to get some takeaway drinks having checked that they weren?t closing for another 20 minutes. Sadly after trying to order two iced caramel lattes, we were told by the barista that she can?t make any iced drinks as she?d already cleaned down the machines despite the shop not closing for another 15 minutes. In our experience, me and my family all agreed that a closing time is the time in which you can no longer buy what a shop sells, and it is AFTER that time when the shop is cleaned down. By ?cleaning down? the ice machine early they had limited their menu by practically half. Luckily a short trip to the Tesco?s down the road meant we were able to make our own iced latte?s which were delicious so if you?re ever in need of an iced drink within an hour of costa?s closing time, just head straight past it and down to Tesco.
