I was given a free cake for my birthday via the Costa App, I had a Bakewell Tart which was very nice. The large americano is very large, I didn't like huge mug with two handles.

What food?! I realiseI came in within the last 15 mins but was starving abd picked up a toasties, only to be told can't have hot food as kitchen closes half hour before closing. First off..what kitchen?!! Toasties are done in a counter top quick cooker behind the cointer and besides, they are haedly bg kitchen equipment. It wasnt advertised anywhere either but she wouldnt heat it Told her to forget the order for.coffee. disgusting. Typical of Costas level of service last few years I have found.

This is a typical Costa so you know what you're getting. The only thing I would say is that the toilets are disgusting. The Ladybin was full to overflowing, and there were dark brown hard water stains in the pan. These are so easily remedied - especially as they're in a Tesco's where there are plenty of cleaning products! This is inexcusable in a food outlet.

Not really impressed, states online open until 7:30pm , so I ordered on uber eats at 6:20pm , wasn?t a big order was just a coffee. Never turnt up.

Absolutely lazy staff went in today around 4.20 to grab a golden caramel latte with oat milk and when I saw the staff making it she was trying to serve me a hot drink with milk which was already in a jug and had been already boiled before making my drink. Costa staff needs to take milk safety very serious also the milk what was in the jug was not even covered and was open to so much bacteria
