The issues I mentioned before are now being managed very well, and I’ve noticed a real effort from the team to make things better. The pharmacists are not only efficient but also proactive, even asking if there’s any additional support they can provide. This has made a huge difference, and I’m really happy with the service now.

Most of the staff here are pleasant. However, the consistent delays in dispensing prescriptions are a major issue, often taking days or even weeks. I frequently have to remind them to order items that are out of stock.

Most concerningly, my premature baby's specialized milk, which is her only option, was delayed for over a week. When I first inquired, I was told it needed to be ordered. A week later, I found out it hadn't even been ordered yet. This negligence significantly impacted my baby's diet for days. This level of service needs serious improvement.”
