Just wanted to shout out Comprehensive Removals, they moved us last Thursday (3 bed into a 4 bed in Thurrock) and I can?t thank them enough. They were amazing in the lead up to moving date - very patient and easy to liaise with - the 4 guys on the day were top top blokes, both grafters, extremely personable and polite - went over and above and so professional too. To top off the amazing service I can?t believe how reasonable the price was - I would of been happy to pay double the price if I knew what an awesome service I was going to get, proper company!!!!!! ?? THANK YOU SO MUCH

Comprehensive Removals were superb from start to finish throughout our move. Jason for initial survey, Ross in the office, and Reece, Trevor and Glen with the lorry. Everything was done efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them for a first class service, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Great value. I am glad I chose them.

Great company, very efficient and a fantastic group of guys. They make the removal task so much easier. We went for the packing option which was definitely the right thing, arrived on day one 3 guys packed everything, day two 5 guys loaded the lorries and unloaded at new house. Absolutely recommended.

Honestly, an amazing experience from start to finish. Moving house can be very stressful, but the team made the whole process feel easy and smooth.
The guys who came were fantastic ? very professional, friendly and hardworking. They took great care wrapping and protecting all our furniture and boxes, and you could see they really cared about doing a good job. Everything arrived perfectly and was handled with a lot of attention.
Another thing we really appreciated was that there were no surprises with the price at the end. Everything was exactly as agreed, which gave us a lot of trust in the company.
We are very grateful for all the work they did. It made a big difference for us on such an important day.

Bit late posting this review but the team moved me from Romford to Southend in January and I can't praise them enough. I like that they do a home visit first to check what needs moving and answer any questions. On moving day they were bang on time and then just worked so fast it blew my mind. A really friendly crew and just great from start to finish. I would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing job! Bill, Trevor and Reece were incredible from start to finish. Very polite, funny and helpful throughout the entire move. They had everything disassembled and loaded in less than a couple of hours.
On arrival at our new home, there was a delay which they helped us handle with ease. They took all of the moving day stress out of the equation.
I would recommend this company above any other if you're looking for moving services!!

For me, this company ended up awful. They came and packed one day leaving boxes precariously stacked. The next day was extremely rushed. They wouldn't remove the legs off a piece of furniture to get it in the right room so just left it in another room having a knock on effect with another piece of furniture that ended up in another room it shouldn't be in. I had to hire a different person to help move the furniture into the correct rooms. They also managed to break a couple of the slats on the bed base which wasnt noticed until after the short notice time. They rushed everything and were out the door as fast as they can be. Most importantly gold jewellery in a little plate went missing. It had been under my mattress and I've never seen it again. If you use them, be warned and make sure you have everything valuable with you because they won't tell you you've left something valuable somewhere.

We had short notice to pack up and move a 4 bed house to move to two different locations on one day. These guys handled it all in their stride - the quote was quick, clear and reasonable. The packing and moving service was insanely quick and efficient and everything was dealt with care and precision. They dealt with some tricky furniture and access needs without any hesitation and concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have only praise for this company. When Jason came to quote he was very reassuring and professional. My recently widowed mother, who is disabled, was taken by his can do attitude. On the day of her move, the team consisting of Darren, Adam, Trev and Kev were friendly, efficient and extremely respectful. My mother?s chair was the last item packed on the van and the first thing to be assembled when we reached her new home. They suggested where to put the many boxes and furniture so they were safe and accessible. One member of the team made sure that the central heating was on and functional. We highly recommend Comprehensive Removals.

I would thoroughly recommend Comprehensive Removals. From getting a quote , and finalising arrangements the service was personalised and supportive. The removal day went well. They turned up on time and were efficient and supportive to my daughter who was in a panic and very stressed . They were patient and kind that the house was a bit chaotic.
They were considerate of belongings at both ends. All while being entertaining too. It helped a difficult situation to go as well as possible.
We would definitely use them again.
