Excellent customer service, Sarah, the Harold Wood store manager is a true professional . I will highly recommend this store to anyone that needs their quick shopping done at accessible hours and with nice customer care.

A good selection of groceries, but the Coop is expensive in comparison to the prices charged by Aldi and Lidl. I realise they offer a loyalty card, but it is still expensive. It would be interesting to know how the prices compare to Waitrose prices.

I am appalled to say that I found a maggot in my happy spring donut as i split it in half. It was still moving and had pus coming out of it. I was as happy as the happy spring donut until I found that maggot. I will not be returning.
