Too lazy to pack my deliveroo items, but sent it on its way without a refund.. had me sort that out with Deliveroo.
If sending back 3 items when 9 were paid for, that's pure laziness and deliberate theft.

Not as good as it used to be since they did it up - design is such that the queue for the tills and self check out get in a mess and selection isn't great anymore - should have left it as it was but its a handy local store for emergencies and the staff are always friendly and helpful
