Went to the shop on Saturday 9th June, for an eyebrow thread and tint. They have left an empty gab on one of my eyebrows. When I questioned them, the ladies response was, there is nothing we can do. They still charged me the full amount and I left with a gab in my eyebrow tint. I went home and corrected this myself. There was no offer of an apology or them correcting this. I will not be returning. I would recommend anyone to. Avoid

My friends and I had such a bad experience having mani pedi's, the staff clearly didn't have any training and were simply doing what I could do at home. They did not trim or massage or shape or buff our nails. My friend was given cold air to dry her nail polish which made her so cold. They basically just let us sit in the water and called that "spa". I didn't not want nail polish, and opted for just the shinny buff, but instead was treated to a 30sec buff leaving my nails looking worse than before, stating "this is how they do it". I'm sorry, but it's not good enough. She cut my ingrown nail without asking and didn't do it correctly. I ended up saying no to the mani as it would not be worth my time or money to get essentially nothing. Please don't waste your time here. It was so bad and people don't know what they are doing.

It was my first time to have my eye brows threading and the lady took too much of my brows! I told the lady that was too much and my brows look too thin. She didn't look care. So gutted with my brows. Awful and never return.
