Waited ages for my food while they chatted to deliveroo drivers. The food wasn't as good as it is in other branches. The atmosphere was dead and it was dirty. Also half the table's and upstairs were closed/ blocked.

Soulless, empty and you can see why.
Flies buzzing around un-wiped tables.
Only one member of staff making up orders, so despite their best efforts and there being hardly anyone there it still takes a while.
Then you get your order and the chips are cold. The Whopper was ok, but I?d steer clear of the ?loaded? £2 option for the chips. From what I can see they smother your chips in a squirt American plastic cheese sauce.
Easy to see why McDonalds is rammed all the time and it?s empty here. Shame

Asked the lady at counter if she could help me with using my points on the app on the self service ordering machine ( she and only one other were there available ) only to be told NO ...luckily the other worker did help me . Rude and unprofessional when asking for help
