An absolute embarrassment as a pharmacy. You can never go in there and find a prescription ready, even if you call to confirm it is, and they say yes, it will not be. They then often cannot find prescriptions, and are incredibly rude. Today I was told ?go somewhere else then? by the constantly rude pharmacist. AVOID!!!!

Avoid!!! Arrogant pharmacist. Paid full prescription only got a quarter of the tablets, came down to collect the rest and was told it was already collected and expired.

Terribly slow service every time. Even if I leave the prescription with them and give all the time they ask for, it is never ready. And they are painfully slow once they do start. The worst is when they make you wait (sometimes) 20 mins whilst prep'ing and then advise they don't have the item! Hate coming here. I will go out of my way somewhere else when I can

Two speeds in here slow and slower. 6 behind the counter the other day waited ages for a script. 5 behind the counter today and they still got the script wrong, when I eventually got served ! Awful

By far the worst pharmacy in the area. They say that they have the prescription but not the item, then when you call back they say that in fact they do not have the prescription. They leave it until last minute (when GP cannot be contacted) and they advise you to call 111 instead. They also take your number and promise to call back while they ?investigate? but they never call. One time I was told that the reason of my medication not being delivered is that they only received it from the supplier that day, when I got my medication the day on the box said 4 days ago!!! Avoid if you can!!!!

Whenever I go there for anything, they never have it. It?s not even unusual things: aspirin, medicated shampoo, Difflam spray are examples.

The staff are indeed courteous but the level of service is dire. Repeat prescriptions take ages to be processed. E.g. my diabetic husband had to wait days for his insulin. Leaving him without and having to borrow off a fellow diabetic friend!! My children were left with no Epipens for over a week. Once again it was quite clear that they had clearly forgotten or sat on the repeat prescription my GP had sent to them over a week earlier!! Other friends and family concur that they have ongoing issues with this chemist and their inability to actually provide you with your full prescription. "Can you come back in a few days to collect the rest of your medicine?" is a reoccurring request. Or they give you a different (cheaper) brand than you normally have as a poor substitute. They are, however, very good with spinning a tale as to why your prescription is delayed.
