This pharmacy is a joke get your prescription and takes them 4 to 5 days to do just popped in again after days of waiting where they are rude and i can release prescription said its ok i shall run out of pain medication again because of your lack of service and in future i shall go elsewhere dont use this ridiculous shop

If you have mental issues DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY for prescriptions, they were good bit recently they have gone downhill. They turn their ringer on the phone off. So had to walk down there with bad copd, to find out when I asked they were out of stock till JUNE for my medication. They said they were understaffed when dude on till was doing NOTHING, why he couldn't of answered the phone, oh yeah they couldn't hear it, even admitted to turning it off which triggered an episode in me, they still got it turned off next day. Still not got beds now, brilliant chemist not! I must change I hope others aren't like it too. The man staff in there was rubbish when I asked why it turned off, all three went silent and just looked at each other, one even smirked. I had to leave .

Worst pharmacy ever, 30 min free parking won?t cover the waiting time to be served. Also take an umbrella as you will have water dripping on from the ceiling during your wait.

Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy and how they treat there customer 150 times I called thus pharmacy not once did they answer they refused to get there delivery guy to drop my ma medication off to her home address even though she told them she had covid they still.made her go there and collect her prescription do not use this place they don't care about there customers at all

Asked for saline solution for nebuliser, they telling me you have to have prescription! I bet they even didn?t know what I am talking about, I went to other pharmacy and bought it there.

A very clean and tidy shop. My prescription was was ready in about 5 minutes, excellent service. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Plenty of parking outside

Absolutely appalling customer service, a member of staff behind the counter was content to talk to her co workers about drinks then proceeded to check and put away medications whilst an elderly gentlemen and 3 other customers where waiting for service. If she worked for me I would have put her forward for disiplinary action and retraining! Disgusting behaviour!
