I wanted to provide an update since my previous review. My experience with this pharmacy has improved drastically. The issues I mentioned before are now being managed very well, and I?ve noticed a real effort from the team to make things better. The pharmacists are not only efficient but also proactive, even asking if there?s any additional support they can provide. This has made a huge difference, and I?m really happy with the service now.
Previous review:
Most of the staff here are pleasant. However, the consistent delays in dispensing prescriptions are a major issue, often taking days or even weeks. I frequently have to remind them to order items that are out of stock.
Most concerningly, my premature baby's specialized milk, which is her only option, was delayed for over a week. When I first inquired, I was told it needed to be ordered. A week later, I found out it hadn't even been ordered yet. This negligence significantly impacted my baby's diet for days. This level of service needs serious improvement.

Came to the store on 24/04/25 had a problem with the pampers I brought wrong size but thanks to Indu for her help and got the size I needed for the little one. She was very friendly and polite. I have received amazing customer service from Indu. I will definitely be coming back.

picked up my prescription, the guy behind the counter grunts at you , be warned to be grunted at no manners at all, how do these people get the jobs [ I don't know ] very bad service , wanted to report him to boots complaints

I was suffering with a bad sinus infection and I came to boots pharmacy for help. I can?t remember her name but the pharmacy consultation was really really helpful. She was very very professional, took the time to listen to me and gave me good advice. I really appreciated this and was very impressed with how professional the service was. A big thank you from me ??

I changed to this pharmacy the minute I found out that Tunde the pharmacist is working at this store.
I need regular repeat prescriptions and he used to be the manager at my local Boots. Once he left that store it went downhill quickly so I was very pleased to find him again.
This man is the kindest, most professional and helpful man you will ever meet.
Nothing is too much for him and he is always able and willing to help.
Phone was answered immediately.

Terrible. I have tried calling (i'm a carer) over prescription problems over the course of a fortnight at different times of day. They never once answer the phone nor the email i have to go direct. Rubbish service.

On Sunday afternoon I went into this Boots to get a prescription for a relative, who had just had an operation the day before.After queuing up for 15 minutes + I was then told they did not have the item in stock. I was told it would be ordered and that I would receive a text message the next day when it had been delivered.The next day came by - it was now 4:30pm. Still, no text message.As a result, I went back to the store. The time was now 4:45pm.Not only did it take the lady at the counter an age to find my prescription, it had not be delivered. To add insult to injury, I was then told that they could reorder it, and it would take up to 2 days to arrive. That's tight, not 2 days from the day they first ordered the prescription (the day before), but an additional 2 days.Needless to say, I took the prescription back and left. A complete waste of time.
