On Sunday afternoon I went into this Boots to get a prescription for a relative, who had just had an operation the day before.After queuing up for 15 minutes + I was then told they did not have the item in stock. I was told it would be ordered and that I would receive a text message the next day when it had been delivered.The next day came by - it was now 4:30pm. Still, no text message.As a result, I went back to the store. The time was now 4:45pm.Not only did it take the lady at the counter an age to find my prescription, it had not be delivered. To add insult to injury, I was then told that they could reorder it, and it would take up to 2 days to arrive. That's tight, not 2 days from the day they first ordered the prescription (the day before), but an additional 2 days.Needless to say, I took the prescription back and left. A complete waste of time.

It's Friday afternoon 5pm and there is a long queue, 15 people waiting at the pharmacy. There is only one lady at the till,I am in the queue already for 25minutes and still 6 people front of me.This is redicuolus.

The big guy (black with curly hair and beads )works in the boots night pharmacy is dishonest. Shame for that.I went to boots night pharmacy buy coughing medicine, the pharmacist Abdul suggested Covonia. So I paid £6 to get that. However soon I realized Covonia may not be safe for breastfeeding. I asked for confirmation and the another person (the big guy )says he is going to change it for something else for me.When I got the bag it is a boots Glycerin Honey &Lemon Linctus. I ask if there is changes for the price difference, he says no.When I get back home and check the price this one is £2.5. They should give me £3.5 change, but he didn?t. It is not much but the behavior is unacceptable, I hope someone in the team will look this up.

If you want a good service please do yourself a favour and go to another pharmacy. The black man serving in the Pharmacy side is so rude and arrogant... he's trying to push his not so nice jokes to every single patient. I understand you think you're funny but don't forget that there should be a limit. They're pretending being busy when a lot of people are waiting to be served... don't forget that the customers are the reason your job exists. Very disappointed.

Staff are rude. No name badge on display to report about there attitude.Pharmacist not even on time. Should be 830 but not arrived till 840, been told it is a substitute.

Dreadful branch. I switched to this branch when the Lloyd's Pharmacy in the adjacent Sainsbury's closed a few months ago. I've used it four times now and there's been an issue each time - not received it from the GP (they had), not ready them still not ready at time when asked to return, missing items and wrong items completely. They sort it eventually, but not until I've had to go back, make call to my GP surgery etc.Admittedly, they are woefully understaffed to take on the additional work caused by the Lloyd's closure - but that doesn't help with the queue of disgruntled customers I invariably find myself in. The queue moves slowly as everyone else seemingly has an issue. This needs to be communicated to their area management.Just not good enough.

Generally, I like this store, but I am a bit disappointed that when I went to collect a prescription for eye-drops on 2 November, they said they would have to order them and that they should be in the following day. They took my phone number and said that they would text when they received the order. I returned today (3 November) and the prescription still had not arrived. To be honest, I find this a poor show. I had the same experience in the Liberty branch of Boots a couple of weeks ago. Again, I was prescribed ointment which was not in stock and had to be ordered! Is it really too much to expect a reputable chemist to keep stocks of regular medications - I was not prescribed anything out of the ordinary. I feel sorry for people these days with serious illnesses! Will they be kept waiting for medication as well?

Prescription sent over by Doctor yesterday, today still not dispensed.Trouble finding it, eventually I was told, after already waiting 20 mins, the pharmacist has now gone for lunch so will have to wait 30 minutes for her to check it. Sorry but this Pharmacy is the worst. I will now move to another chemist to get my medication.
