Very unhelpful staff, quite rude when approached to ask about the credit note issued. He asked me to contact customer service online and they kept saying ask the customer service in-store. Very disappointed and won't be going again to this store!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Sam ( who only works weekends) for his help yesterday? he was truly incredible! From the moment we asked for help, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and explained everything super thoroughly. What really stood out was his kindness and thoughtfulness ? when we mentioned my dad has a bad back due to a car accident, Sam didn?t hesitate to offer to carry our items all the way to the car.
His friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to help made such a difference to our visit. You don?t often come across people who are not only efficient but genuinely kind, and Sam was both. He absolutely deserves to be recognised for the brilliant service he provided. Truly an exceptional experience. Thank you, Sam ? you really made our day!

We brought a vytronix vacuum cleaner recently, this product is not fit for purpose, we got it for use in the kitchen, it throws out more than it picks up. Waste if money it was ok the 1st couple of weeks.. unfortunately this product is/was waste of money....

I was returning some heavy items but had my 5 month old baby with me. On fetching a trolley to get the wall tiles out of my car, a lovely man Andy came running over to see if I needed help. He assisted by getting the items out of my car and then took me into the store to the tills. A lovely man called Terry then helped me through the tills to process my return.
I was so grateful as my son was with me, they both made the process stress free and couldn't have been more caring and compassionate.
Thank you both, you deserve a massive ? from head office for your customer service
