I had a very bad customer service experience at this store. I went there to exchanged a Keyboard piano that I bought last year November for my daughter?s Christmas gift. This is still under the manufacturer one year warranty. One of the keys had pulled out which is no fault of ours. This resulted in some of the keys not working. I explained this to the lady that I met there who told me that I would have to call the manufacturer. As I was about to start telling the lady that it wasn?t our fault, the man standing next to her rudely interrupted saying that it is accidental damage and there is nothing they can do. So the lady gave me the phone number and I went away. I called the manufacturer the following day and I was given a code so that I could take it back to the store for exchange. I went back there,
Saw the rude man of the previous day (I totally forgot to take his name) and I told him that I got a code. He didn?t even give me the opportunity to show the code, he kept on saying to me in a very rude manner that he can?t take it from me. And that there?s nothing he can do. So I called the manufacturer right there at the store, told them what was happening and I was told that Argos should replace it for me. The man on the phone told me to give him my phone so that he could talk to him. The rude man said that he didn?t want to talk to him. At the end I had to go to Argos in Romford The Brewery where a very nice lady replaced it for me.
I would not go back to this store as the customer service is very very bad and I felt that I was rudely dismissed.
The store deserved no star at all.

The most unprofessional service I have received bar none! Surprise, surprise the reviews already left here mention the person whom I also had a difficult time talking with, so called ?duty manager? Katie. An absolute disgrace! Does not know how to handle customers whatsoever!

I have collected multiple parcels from the Chadwell Heath Argos in the past and its always a positive experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It is never a chore to go in there. Thanks for the great customer service.

I ordered something online from Argos inside Sainsbury's in Chadwell Heath, and it was a great experience. It took less than 3 minutes to collect my order, which was impressive.
The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I?d recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick and convenient way to pick up items!

This is the worst experience of my life. Been buying things from argos over decades. Basically, I bought an apple airpods from Chadwell Heath store, the product was faulty, it keep on disconnecting everytime when I?m on call. The manager Katie there was unprofessional and rude. After a conversation with her, she straightaway said that it?s been opened and i can?t do anything, as per Argos policy you can exchange the item within 30 days if it?s faulty.

I purchased a hedge trimmer on Friday morning, but it broke down within 30 minutes of use. When I returned it to Argos, two employees, a woman with braces and another young woman, argued with me, insisting that it was not the same trimmer. I asked them to verify the serial number before accusing me of any wrongdoing. After a lengthy wait and continued arguing, they finally issued a refund, but I received no apology. Based on my experience and the reviews here, it is clear that this Argos has serious issues with customer service.

Went into Argos, Katie and another female collegue were working on closing shift, Katie was extremely unprofessional and rude. As I was talking to the other colleague explaining my situation Katie interrupted and spoke over me to the other collegue and completely ignored everything I was saying, she spoke to the other colleague whilst I was still talking to the other colleague, making no eye contact to me at all. She wasnt interested in anything i was saying, completely ignoring that im standing there, she wasn't wearing her name badge so I asked for her name, she rolled her eyes at me and smirked at me, I was extremely frustrated but left quietly as I didn't want to deal with this while I'm fasting. Katie was very disrespectful and rude, if only she had worn a camera on her then I would've complained to head office and requested that they have a look at the camera to show her lack of understanding towards customers.

Argos is inside sainsburys, you can order there and then and get your product there without the waiting, ideal for every day things from clothes and footwear and jewellery food and baby things too. Even has things for pets too!

I had the worst experience when I visited this Argos store in Sainsbury's in Chadwell Heath and I left this store unhappy and disappointed when I collected my order. the staff are very rude and arrogant. their behaviour and attitude is really disgusting. they need to grow up, it's a joke to them and their customer service is really poor and not good. I was waiting alongtime to collect my order and it took so long, both tills were really busy and the staff were having a laugh and totally ignored me. the staff didn't even care that I was waiting in the queue but they ignored me like I wasn't there. I think what they did was disgusting and it was out of order. the girl who served me was a rude cow, she was vile and she had a miserable face on her, her attitude was really vile and she had a bad attitude on her. what happened to this argos store in chadwell heath.its not good anymore,it has gone downhill, the staff needs sacking because they are so arrogant and full of themselves, I saw their behaviour, it was really disgusting.argos needs to get better staff. it used to be a good store but not anymore, if argos carrys on keeping the staff they have now than they will lose customers and this store will shut down.
