Sometimes you get really anxious going into that?s places and asking for a fitting as some staff members in the past haven?t been pleasant. Went in today to find my size and am so pleased! A lovely lady named Joanne looked at me and just picked out the perfect size instantly, she was so helpful and really impressed me. Everyone was super friendly and the items are beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

Visited the romford branch, Abi was great in helping me find the correct bra size, i learnt a few things i didnt know before, i bought a nice lingerie set and Abi was helpful finding the correct sizes.

Popped in today just for a look. Spoke to really friendly woman called Gemma, she was so helpful and very informative about bra's and helped find a very comfy bra. Turns out I was wearing the wrong size. Brilliant customer service and would come back again. Gemma needs a pay rise as good customer service is hard to come by these days. Thanks my love ?

Anda is honestly an angel.
Recently lost a lot of weight so none of my bras fit and I had such a breakdown in the changing room & started crying. She was so lovely and gave me a fitting right there and then.
She was so reassuring and complimentary and just such a girl?s girl.
She was so kind and patient and bought so many different style bras until I found the perfect style that I felt comfortable in.
There were only a few in my size in the store, but then herself and one of the other girls (I believe her name was Jennifer) went online and showed me all the options available up order
Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had.
Anda restored my hope in finding lingerie that fits correctly and she was honestly one of the loveliest people I?ve ever met x

Customer service was amazing in there!!Went in for a bra fitting and this lovely lady named Maria made me feel so comfortable and confident. She made my shopping experience ten times better, will definitely be coming back.

The girls working in here are usually sweet and helpful, as a company though Ann summers itself has gone downhill, firstly the quality is no longer what it once was some years back, and I'm only speaking of like the last 5 years or so, I also can't help but feel they promote obesity too with the advertisements featuring models that appear to weigh at least 18 stone, I am bombarded with posters featuring these models immediately after walking into the store or logging onto the website

They were friendly, professional, extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I got all the items that I came in for. In the past, I have found Ann Summers staff across the UK to be generally unfriendly and rude but this store is a true exception! Thank you for all your help ladies :)

I walked in. I was looking around with my friend and the lady working very rudely said can I help you ladies and we said we thought I was like Victoria secret and she said rudely it?s not and then all of the co worked started laughing. Very disrespectful they can keep their disgusting underwear
