When passing by the cashier he asked me to see my bags, only two in the troley, at first I didn't understand, I thought he wanted the bag to pack things, but to my surprise he wanted to see if I wasn't stealing anything. How embarrassing!! At 58 years old I never thought this would happen with me. I use to go to Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and etc and this is the first time this has happened. If he was doing with what he was taught to do, I believe he could waiting as there were just a few things and surely when I stating packing he would see. People around looking at me. Ve

Not as good as the one in Marlborough Road, Romford but ok for what we wanted. Not sure why there are never enough till staff though? Why have tills and then not man them. Especially on busy days/times

Was a great store when it first opened but rapidly going downhill. Sick and tired of complaining about the packets of Green ham and cold meats on the shelves and hubby's come back today with a packet of pitta bread which has at least a week left on the sell by date but is mouldy in the middle. I've stopped buying meat from here because God knows how long its been sitting out waiting to get on the shelves! Aldi sort yourselves out and maybe try employing more staff.

Was great except for the over sensitive self scan , I think the poor woman had to put most of our shopping through for us. But we got what we wanted plenty of parking.

I was disappointed that there is no toilets for customers considering that the supermarket is on busy A road.
