The restaurant took my charge on card and then advised me it didn't go through on their machine. I showed them on my banking app it did and they continued to push for me to pay again. Two chargers left my account. I have had to address this with my bank as they haven't addressed this.

Suggested I call their head office helpline during the day to see if their food contained allergens (Onion) because they only have access to info on the 14 required by law! I cant imagine eating at a restaurant that doesn't even know what ingredients they're cooking. If you're not even going to deliver the bare minimum, then perhaps you should lower your prices to meet your service.

I came here with my mum on a Wednesday evening in January before the theatre and it was just fine. Prawn linguine was average. Prawn pizza was pretty good. But toilets were dirty, the poor waiter was run off his feet and I heard two tables send back cold pizza (?!) I think they need a deep clean and more staff!

Service was friendly. Very child friendly restaurants. Ambiance was simple but discreetly decorated for Christmas. Food came relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the salad with chicken was very cold. The spicy linguine with prawns was completely lacking in seasoning and salt. Pizza for kids is good. Not a perfect performance but OK for dinner.

I went to enjoy my meal and as I am regularly customers in Zizzi I have few perks to use. When it come to payment the system don?t want to accept the free perks. The terms and conditions allowed me to use but not the management. I was very disappointed as I use so many times before and never face the issue. That?s was my fist and last experience at zizi in Richmond. I went there to use mg perks vouchers and end up paying the full price.

This is the last time we come to Zizzi Richmond. We have had a couple of problems before, such as waiting a long time to place our order and orders that haven't arrived until we decided to leave, but today was the last straw. Again, no one came to take our order until I called for them, and the lady who served us spilled drinks on my daughter?s book and drawings. She didn?t even apologize properly or bother to clean the table. We love their food, and we will definitely visit Kingston Zizzi and other restaurants again, but not this one!

We normally enjoy going to Zizzi, but I had a really disappointing experience today. The manager was extremely rude when discussing that we had assumed a dish under the pizza section would not end up being a pasta dish! I didn?t expect an attempt to have a relaxing dinner at the end of the week to leave me so gutted. Perhaps the waiter needs to learn being less selective when being nice to the customers?

Guys - Ronald needs a pay rise - his customer service is like none other I've experienced. He got my 2-year-old daughter up on the pass and the chef helped her make her own Pizza for crying out loud! Never seen anything like it. Outstanding. Thank you.
