The restaurant took my charge on card and then advised me it didn't go through on their machine. I showed them on my banking app it did and they continued to push for me to pay again. Two chargers left my account. I have had to address this with my bank as they haven't addressed this.

Suggested I call their head office helpline during the day to see if their food contained allergens (Onion) because they only have access to info on the 14 required by law!
