How lucky we are that this lovely cafe is local to us. Always a friendly welcome and lovely freshly prepared sandwiches and delicious pastries. It?s so nice to just sit outside too with a delicious coffee or my favourite Earl grey tea. Very personalised not like big chains. Give it a go if you are in the area, very close to Kew Gardens too.

This is a really lovely neighbourhood cafe run by Sim, Bella and George. They are always friendly and welcoming and make an effort to get to know everyone. They know many of the customers that come in by name and so there are clearly a lot of regulars, including my parents and their friends. They are also kind enough to let me sit and do my work there when I need a break from doing it at home. Veggie and vegan friendly and accommodating if you want to switch something on an item on the menu. I highly recommend a visit.

Lovely stop on our way to Kew Gardens. Great coffee (don't try the coffee at the Gardens) and nice cakes as long as you have a sweet tooth.

Would not hesitate to recommend this care for business meetings or pleasure. Coffee is excellent, food menu is great, and the canolis are to die for.

We have recently moved to the area and QBru has become our daily caffeine fix go-to. The coffee is always great - we usually go with lattes - which are always served at a perfect temp (hot but immediately drinkable). The prices are very reasonable too. My husband had a panini one lunchtime and said it was great. We've also tried some of their bakery goodies and they were really delicious and super fresh. The staff are always friendly and smiling. We have tried a number of other cafes in Richmond whilst out and about and while there are some great options, none quite compare to QBru for us.

Called on the way to Kew Gardens yesterday and reserved an outside table. Arrived this morning and really looked after by nice people and great food and you could see and hear local repeat customers whilst we were here. We both love independent traders and this is a perfect example of why we should swerve global franchises and support local traders who make you feel wanted. We will be back down next year and call again as the coffee was superb also. Michael and Julie from Lancashire

I found this coffee shop by accident and I?ve never looked back. This place makes the best coffee and has the friendliest staff. I lost my job over covid and came to this place 5 days a week during lockdown just to have a much needed break. They know everyone?s name, even if you have visited just a handful of times. They know my order and always ask about what?s going on in my life, as well as every other regular customer. They not only serve fantastic coffee but great service with it . I?ve never written a review in my life but this place, wow! I don?t know what I would of done without it during lockdown and still now, whenever I can spare some time I?ll always head straight there. Thank you guys.
