Complaint Regarding Unfair Treatment When Purchasing Pokémon TCG Products
Dear Waterstones Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the inconsistent and unwelcoming service I have repeatedly experienced at your store when purchasing Pokémon TCG products.
Each time I visit to buy Pokémon TCG packs, the staff?s attitude towards me is noticeably different compared to how they treat customers who are buying books ? the latter are greeted warmly, while I am made to feel unwelcome. If the store does not wish to sell Pokémon TCG products, it would be more honest not to stock them at all, rather than making certain customers feel uncomfortable for purchasing them.
Additionally, the restriction of only allowing customers to buy two packs at a time feels unnecessarily limiting, especially when other products do not seem to have similar restrictions.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that all customers ? regardless of what they are purchasing ? can expect the same respectful and professional service.

Waterstones in Richmond is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It?s quiet, peaceful, and a joy to browse through all the books at your own pace. The staff are always kind, attentive, and ready to help if you need anything. A lovely spot for book lovers ? I always enjoy spending time there.

yesterday I bought a blister of pokemon cards I asked for a promo card which is absolutely free and the cashier told me that I had to spend at least 15 paund I had spent 14 I had come many times but I will not buy anything else

Possibly my favourite Waterstones in my local area but will say it gets very busy. Understandable it being in Richmond and would recommend going later in the day or a rainy day! Really love the range of books however the psychology isle was poor. Nonetheless it was very enjoyable.
